IGT unveiled a new identity at the Global Gaming Expo on September 28 after its combination with Everi. A purple gradient wordmark now appears across the company’s site and event material. For a business spanning casino games, digital products and financial technology, the central design challenge is simple to state and hard to solve: make one company feel coherent without pretending all its services are the same.
The company announcement frames the new brand around connected experiences for operators and players. The current IGT website shows the mark in use. The gradient lends more energy than a flat corporate seal, but color alone cannot explain an expanded offer.
A logo can signal the merger; the system must explain it
IGT and Everi brought together game content, machines, systems, payments and loyalty tools. A unified symbol helps partners recognize one company at a trade show. The next layer needs an information hierarchy: which division is speaking, which product is being sold, and who benefits? The most useful measure of this refresh will be how clearly those relationships appear on product pages and sales material.

Why the expo setting matters
G2E is a noisy physical environment, full of screens, machines and competing messages. IGT’s 2026 product display shows the visual demands around the identity. The new wordmark must hold its own beside vivid game artwork without making every machine look as if it belongs to the same game. That is a different test from a quiet logo presentation.

The useful comparison is portfolio clarity
Intuit’s connected brand work faced a related question across finance products: how to make the parent visible while preserving useful product recognition. IGT’s portfolio is more physical and partner-led, so the rule should be tested on a cabinet, payment interface and trade-show sign, not only in a browser.
A merger identity works when customers can tell where the new breadth helps them. IGT’s promise of integrated solutions will become credible through product labels, navigation and repeated service experiences. The gradient can open the story; it cannot finish it.
For a company joining several services, draft the parent mark with a wordmark maker, then build division and product rules in the brand kit generator. Use AI mockups to check legibility at event, app and product scale before rollout.
