Our services range from logo to other visual content, available at https://sologo.ai or through our other online platforms.

1. How to Use Our Service

1.1 Who Can Use Our Service

Violations of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the suspension or termination of the user's access to sologo.ai services, at the sole discretion of sologo.ai.

• Respect Data: Don't try to gather or use data from SologoAI for other purposes, like machine learning.

3.1 Services We Offer

What We Do: SologoAI helps you create and manage various design assets, especially logos. This includes cool stuff like branding kits, business cards, product packaging, and other end products.

3.2 Logo Licensing Options

• Commercial Use: Logos marked "For Commercial Use" are yours to use in business settings.
• For Trademarking: If a logo is labeled "For Trademarking," you can use it for trademark registration. But remember, we can't guarantee trademark approval.
• Non-Trademarkable: These logos are for general use and aren't suitable for trademark registration.
• Buyout Option: Want exclusive rights? Choose "Buyout" logos. Once you buy them, they're removed from our site and are yours alone.

3.3 Free vs. Paid Designs

• Free Designs: We offer free logos using open-source fonts and designs. Just follow the open-source licenses!
• Paid Designs: For premium designs, you need to pay the fees listed on our site. This applies to both digital and physical uses.

3.4 Design Ownership

• Your Rights: You can use the final design you pay for. But remember, the designs we show you along the way? Those aren't for use or copying.

3.5 Using Third-Party Designs

• Be Cautious: If you use designs involving third parties, check for any legal claims or restrictions first. We use some third-party content, but using it is at your risk.

3.6 SologoAI’s Own Branding

• Our Stuff: All designs, trademarks, logos, and slogans you see are ours. You need our permission to use them, except as we specifically allow in these terms.

3.7 Share Your Creations

• Spread the Word: Feel free to share your designs. Just make sure anyone you share with follows our terms, too.

3.8 Protecting Creativity

4. Logo Ideas

4.1 Use of Publicly Available Information

• Sourcing: The 'Logo Ideas' feature on Sologo.ai uses publicly available images and information, such as those found through Google Images, as inspiration for generating idea-texts and analyzing color palettes.
• Purpose: This service is provided to help users generate ideas for their own logo designs. The AI model analyzes these images to suggest text and color schemes that could be used in the logo creation process.
• No Endorsement: The use of public information for inspiration does not constitute an endorsement of any third party or an affiliation with Sologo.ai.

4.2 Intellectual Property Considerations

• Originality Requirement: Users are encouraged to create original logos. The 'Logo Ideas' feature is for inspiration only, and users must not copy or replicate any logos or designs directly from the suggestions provided.
• User Responsibility: Users are responsible for ensuring that their final logo designs do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.

4.3 Limitation of Liability

• Accuracy and Legality: While Sologo.ai strives to use only public domain or fair use content for inspiration, it does not verify the copyright status or licensing of each image sourced from the internet. Users are advised to conduct their own due diligence to ensure their logo designs do not infringe on third-party rights.
• Indemnification: Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sologo.ai from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from their use of 'Logo Ideas'.

4.4 Reporting and Compliance

• Reporting Infringement: If users believe that any content provided by 'Logo Ideas' infringes on their intellectual property rights, they should contact Sologo.ai with specific details so that appropriate action can be taken.
• Compliance with Requests: Sologo.ai reserves the right to remove any content from the 'Logo Ideas' feature if it is determined to be potentially infringing upon a third party's intellectual property rights.

5. Your Role and Responsibilities

5.1 Account Management

• Accurate Information: Keep your account details up-to-date to avoid losing access to your products and services.
• Account Security: Your user ID is for your use only. Ensure anyone using your account agrees to these terms.
• Your Content: You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide for your end products. We rely on you for its legality and correctness.

  • Delete Account: If you wish to permanently terminate your use of our services and delete your account, you can use our "delete account" function. This action is irreversible and will result in the deletion of your account and all associated data.
